bulletThe LFCC (Local Federal Coordinating Committee) is a group of Military and Civilian Federal employees that serve as the Board of Directors for the CFC.  See "Contacts" for the list of current representatives in the Bay Area.
bulletThe CFC is a partnership between the Federal Community and Not-For-Profit charitable organizations.  Each year applications are accepted by the LFCC from charitable organizations wishing to serve as the administrative organization for the CFC.  This organization is referred to as the PCFO (Principal Combined Fund Organization).  Organizations interested in applying should review the requirements (click here) and the public notice (click here) to ensure a complete and timely application is submitted.  The CFC section of the OPM (Office of Personnel Management) website also has a lot of valuable information for interested organizations (www.opm.gov/cfc).  The deadline is mid-late February annually.
bulletIn addition to participating in the local campaign events, speakers bureau and submitting Stories for use in CFC Publications, if Federations or Agencies would like to attend local LFCC meetings, please contact the CFC office (CFC@BayAreaCFC.com ), and you will be added to the contact list for notification of upcoming meetings.
